Arun Wellbeing, in partnership with West Sussex County Council, is offering a free eight-week Bikeability course for adults (minimum age 16), which will take place in Littlehampton. The course will run on Tuesday evenings, 6.00pm to 7.30pm, starting on 23 May.  

The Arun Youth Aqua Centre [AYAC] has been relocated as part of the planned work to prepare the site for the new Littlehampton Leisure Centre. With the help of Arun District Council and Willmott Dixon Construction Limited, the AYAC will now operate from the east of the Sea Road site.

Arun Wellbeing is bringing its successful Weight Information Sensible Eating (WISE) course to a venue in Bognor Regis starting from 16 May. The free 12 week course will take place on Tuesday evenings from 6.45pm until 8.30pm in the Laburnum Centre.  The course runs weekly from 16 May to 1 August 2017.
