Housing Options

This service is open to visitors (at both offices) on weekdays 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm with the exception of Wednesdays (open at 11am).

Webchat

Talk to a member of our customer services team using webchat. It is staffed Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am to 5pm, Wednesdays 11am to 5pm and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays. The chat has an automated service to answer questions outside of these times.
