The Election timetable is well underway in preparation for the UK Parliamentary Elections on 8 June 2017. You can find out who will be standing for election as the Statement of Persons Nominated has been published on the Arun District Council website and is also displayed at the Arun Civic Centre, Littlehampton and Bognor Regis Town Hall. This is to help you make the decision of who will get your valued vote.

Anyone caught dropping litter or not picking up after their dog in the district will face an on-the-spot-fine, under a new scheme being trialled.

Bognor Regis is entering an exciting phase of significant regeneration and to support and reinforce this impetus, a place brand for the town is being developed.

As part of wider British seaside renaissance, major investment has gone into enhancing the town centre public spaces, and work is underway to create the new ‘Tech Park’ by the University of Chichester, the Platform creative digital hub at Bognor Regis train station and multi-million pound leisure and splash pool at Butlin’s.

With just one month to go until UK voters take to the polls to vote in the UK Parliamentary election, preparations at Arun District Council are well underway.

Poll cards are being issued to those who are registered to vote. Please check the details on your poll card very carefully. This summer, temporary toilets will be opening on the promenade in Bognor Regis in place of the current underground facilities.
