We will be asking you for your name, address, date of birth, what information you are looking for and where you would like us to send it. We will also need two forms of identification - one for name identification (driver's licence, passport or birth certification) and the other for proof of address (utility bill which is less than 3 months old, bank statement or council tax bill). You can choose to also tell us your contact telephone number.
We ask for your name, address, date of birth and two forms of identification so we can be sure we are providing information for the correct person. You have the option to tell us your telephone number in case we have any queries about your request. You do not have to give this – we are still able to provide the information without it.
We will pass your details on to any of our departments who may be holding information about you.
We use the information in your request to find all information we are holding about the area you are interested in.
Once we have concluded your request we will keep the information for two years.
