We’ll be asking for the location of the problem and what items need clearing. If the problem is connected to a council house, estate or garage compound you can also choose to give your name, contact telephone number and email address.
We need the location and details of the problem so we get it fixed as quickly as possible.
For cleaning requests for council houses, estates or garages we may use your details to contact you if we need any additional information. You don’t have to give these though - we’re still able to look at the problem without them.
Your contact details may be passed to the housing team
Aside from cleaning up the items we use non-personal information from your report for statistical purposes. These help us to monitor areas where problems are frequent or there is a particular pattern that needs further investigation.
The information in your report will be kept for 12 months.
