We will ask for full details regarding your name, address, and a contact telephone number.

We collect this information to be able to make contact with you to discuss your requirements and access.

We may pass information you provide to other departments within Arun District Council necessary for the provision of the service. Information may be shared with the police to assist them with investigations.

We only store your information in case we need to contact you regarding the allocated key fob. This information will not be passed to any third parties outside of Arun District Council unless required for police investigations.

The information in your form will be kept for 3 years or until your key fob is returned. At the end of the 3 years, we will make contact to see if you still need your key fob. If we have no response, your key fob will be deactivated, and your information destroyed.
