Bognor Regis and Littlehampton Constituency
- An election is to be held for a Member of Parliament to serve for the constituency of Bognor Regis and Littlehampton.
- Nomination Papers may be obtained from the office of the Acting Returning Officer at the Arun Civic Centre, Maltravers Road, Littlehampton, West Sussex, BN17 5LF (Telephone: 01903737580) or downloaded from www.electoralcommission.org.uk
- Completed Nomination Papers must be delivered to the Acting Returning Officer at the Arun Civic Centre, Maltravers Road, Littlehampton, West Sussex, BN17 5LF between the hours of10am and 4pm on any working day after the date of this notice, but not later than 4pm on FRIDAY, 7 JUNE 2024.
- The £500 deposit can be paid by BACS, cash or a UK bankers draft.
- If the election is contested, the poll will take place on Thursday, 4 July 2024 from 7.00am to 10.00pm.
- Applications to register to vote or to vote by post or proxy should be made to Philippa Dart, Electoral Registration Officer at Arun District Council, Arun Civic Centre, Maltravers Road,Littlehampton, BN17 5LF based on the deadlines set out below:

7. Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this election must be on the grounds of physical incapacity, for work/service reasons or you do not have a form of accepted photographic ID.
The reason stated must have occurred after the proxy deadline of 5pm on 26 June 2024.
8. The main issue of postal votes already requested will commence on Wednesday 19 June 2024. A further issue of postal votes will commence on Monday 24 June 2024.
