West Beach Access Notice
With the summer upon us, you may visit West Beach, Littlehampton. You will notice that the direct access to West Beach from the car park continues to be closed for safety reasons.
You can still access the beach via the signposted boardwalk through the dunes and West Beach Café remains open for business. This closure is due to the fenced off area remaining unsafe for the public until a fragile section of the harbour wall in the closed area is replaced.

This decision was made jointly between Arun District Council and Littlehampton Harbour Board in January. It was most recently formally reviewed on 21 June with no change.
