This week is This Girl Can Week, the campaign encourages women and girls of all shapes, sizes, abilities and backgrounds to get active. Throughout the week we will be sharing stories from our female Councillors. Today we hear from Cllr Samantha-Jayne Staniforth

"Being a busy mum of 4 boys, Vice-Chair of the Council and running my own business can be exhausting and overloading. Staying active by running along my local beach clears my head and strengthens my heart. Living along the Sussex coast is such a blessing and I appreciate being able to run in such beautiful scenery everyday."
