Support for the rough sleeping community this winter
As the seasons start to change, we want to remind everyone that although it is hard to see our rough-sleeping community outside in the poor weather, it is important to remember that there are often unseen circumstances involved.
Our homeless outreach team are aware of and working with members of the rough sleeping community, who may, or may not choose to engage with the support available and offered to them.
