Reporting an empty home - it's easy!
You can report empty properties to our dedicated team and it couldn’t be easier with our online form Empty homes | Arun District Council.
If the property has been empty for six months or more, unkept, causing a nuisance or not visited regularly, we can undertake some checks to see if it is unlived in. If this is found to be the case, and we don’t already know about it, we will actively contact the owners to ascertain their timescales and intentions for the property.
