Public information – pending demolition of the Old Fire Station, Bognor Regis
The Old Fire Station in Bognor Regis is due to be fenced off from 25 March 2024 for demolition, with the work estimated to take six to eight weeks.
The car park access from Clarence Road side will be removed.
This is the start of the work for the construction of a 116-bedroom hotel, which has previously received planning permission.
The hotel build is due to start September this year, with completion estimated to be in October 2025.
