NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Felpham Parish Council has submitted their Reg.15 Plan Proposal/Modification Proposal to Arun District Council Local Planning Authority Area (LPAA) under Part 5 of the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations.

This means that Felpham Parish Council is proposing to produce a Neighbourhood Development Plan for the proposed area. The government’s Localism Act has introduced a new type of community-led initiative known as a Neighbourhood Development Plan which set out policies on the development and use of land in the proposed area.

During the Regulation 16 consultation period the Plan Proposal/Modification Proposal can be viewed at:
