This day encourages people to get outdoors and enjoy the beauty of nature through hiking or walking.
Arun, and the rest of West Sussex boasts a wealth of walks, along the coast, our local parks and nature reserves and the South Downs.
We are spoilt for choice in exploring the beauty of our district, and it’s free!
Get outside - if you're able to, take a walk or hike on a local trail, park, or nature reserve.
You may find it beneficial to join a group to meet others - many outdoor clubs or organisations host group hikes or walks
