‘Love your park tree planting event’ – Wednesday, 14 February 2024 from 10am to 12pm
You are invited to celebrate Valentine’s Day with this event at Water Lane Park, Wick, Littlehampton:
- we will be planting over 100 mixed native whips, to increase the wildlife corridors and biodiversity in the area
- this is an outdoor event so good footwear, a warm coat and clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty, are a must!
- please bring along some work gloves and if possible, a garden spade if it is a cold or wet day you may want to bring along a hot flask to refuel yourself
- families welcome - children must be supervised
