Littlehampton Seafront update
The process for deciding who will be the designer and build contractor for the Littlehampton Seafront project has now finished. Neilcott Construction Ltd has been appointed to support the council in progressing the designs and constructing the scheme on site. The concept designs and cost plan are being reviewed, as well as the comments received as part of the public consultation. The latest designs will be presented at Policy and Finance Committee in July, after which a planning application will be prepared. We are looking forward to this project progressing.
