Helping out at King George Court, Bognor Regis
Recently, two staff members from our housing team went to help out at King George Court, a retirement housing complex in Bognor Regis. Time was donated from Osbornes Property Services Limited and Tivoli, and together they steamed and rehung all the curtains in the resident’s lounge and repaired curtain rails. They worked in the communal gardens - planting hanging baskets, large planters and pots, weeded and treated the patio and removed broken furniture and garden waste. Many thanks to Brick Kiln Garden centre for providing the plants for the scheme.
As they were on their way home, one of the residents called and left a message:
... just a call to say that the men that have done the gardens, have done an absolutely brilliant job and worked really hard. So, I'd just like to say thank you to them for doing that, it's made it look really nice and tidy and liveable again”.
