Head to Hotham Park for fitness fun

The final Arun Wellbeing family orienteering session is taking place this Saturday in Hotham Park, Bognor Regis.

The events have been introduced because time and various commitments often get in the way of families taking regular exercise together.

Trained professionals will be on hand to offer assistance where needed and equipment will be provided.

Councillor Paul Wotherspoon, Cabinet Member for Community Services at Arun District Council, said: “Families often struggle to find the time to exercise together because they have so many other competing priorities to juggle.

“These sessions have been designed specifically for busy families so they can take some time out to have fun as well as being involved in a physical activity.

“Orienteering is an enjoyable activity for all ages and abilities and it would be great to see as many families as possible from all over the Arun District going to this session.”

The event takes place on Saturday, 19 March, in Hotham Park, Bognor Regis.

Registration will open at 9:45am and will close at 10:30am we estimate the course will take up to 90 minutes to complete from time of your registration.
