Goodbye for now from our Beach Patrol Team
As the summer holidays are now over, today is the last day for our Beach Patrol seasonal staff.
Despite the fact our summer has been a bit of a soggy one, the team would like to thank the public — for all who assisted with events and all who take note of our safety advice and guide others to do the same.
We wish everyone safe visits to the beach through the autumn and winter months, and remind you to call 999 and ask for the Coastguard if you see anyone or find yourself in trouble in or by the sea.
The Byelaws for dogs and horses are in place until the
