We offer financial assistance to help with letting your empty home - ‘Loan to Let.’
You can apply for an 'interest free' loan of up to £10,000 in order to carry out work to put a property into reasonable repair and to ensure the Decent Homes Standards are covered. This includes virtually all types of repairs including internal decoration, flooring, electric, gas (where applicable) and obtaining an energy performance certificate.
It will be the homeowner’s responsibility to check that the contractor carrying out the work holds all the necessary insurances and certifications for carrying out the work.
