Your postal vote packs should be with you from 19 June 2024.

If you are hand-delivering your postal vote at either the Civic Centre or at the Polling Station on 4 July 2024 (instead of returning via Royal Mail) – you will be provided with a ‘Return Form’ which must be completed to accompany your postal vote.

Due to new legislation, any postal vote left at any council building (or elsewhere) without the relevant form being completed will be rejected.

If you are dropping off your postal vote at the Civic Centre in Littlehampton you will need to visit during opening hours to complete the form, these are:

Monday - 9am to 4pm
Tuesday – 9am to 4pm
Wednesday – 11am to 4pm (we open later on this day, for staff training)
Thursday - 9am to 4pm
Friday – 9am to 4pm
(Closed on Saturday and Sunday)

Polling stations will be open from 7am to 10pm on Thursday 4 July.

Another thing to remember is you can only hand in your own postal vote and those of up to five others.
