Did you know? About Arun Direct
Arun Direct supports 11 different service areas for residents in the district.
We are based in Bognor Regis Town Hall and Littlehampton Civic Centre and answer phone calls, web chats, emails, Facebook enquiries and provide front desk support.
We can help you with all sorts of information including, Council Tax, cleansing, elections, housing support, benefits, environmental health, car parks, building control, planning, emergency planning, and all switchboard calls.
To help us reach more residents and to improve our service, we are going out into the community, teaming up with the Community Wardens, as part of a hub.
Our main aim is to offer our services in person in a variety of locations in the district that our residents can visit.
The current venues are:
- Morrisons in Wick. Littlehampton 10.00 to 12.00 (fourth Thursday of the month – March to July)
- Littlehampton Library 10.30 to 12.00 (6 March, 24 April and 29 May)
- Creative Heart. Littlehampton 10.30 to 12.00 (third Tuesday of the month – Marh to July)
We intend to arrange further meetings after the dates listed, if we have the resource and there will be regular posts on our social media advising where and when you can come and meet us!
We encourage residents to bring their mobile devices so we can help them navigate the Arun District Council website and how they can use that in the future.
