Calling all contractors. We want to hear from you!
We are launching a new way for property maintenance and service companies to do business with us.
We will be implementing a better way for companies to bid for repairs, maintenance, compliance and improvement works across their housing stock and some other areas of the council.
If you are able to deliver to a good standard, competently, and diligently, we want to know about you! We would like you to register on our “Dynamic Purchasing System” which will be the umbrella under which we award contracts worth over £7,000,000 a year.
We are inviting potential suppliers to register here where the scope of services stretches from roofing to groundworks, and from simple repairs to major replacement, and inspections and surveys for fire, water, and other regular compliance services. Whatever your specialisms, please register your interest.
We will review applications, and let you know if we need more information before you can be approved.
Once approved you will be invited to every tender opportunity you qualify for. You won’t miss any opportunity, and it is completely down to you whether you respond or not – you won’t be excluded from future opportunities if you can’t meet the first or subsequent ones.

Early registrations will be able to participate in tenders run in June, but there is no time limit on registration, you can apply at any stage in future, or modify your registration if your circumstances change.
