Brookfield Park, Rustington - supporting local wildlife

Our Community Parks team have installed two wooden islands in Brookfield Park, Worthing Road, Rustington, to support the wildlife.

‘The Littlehampton Men in Sheds’ were commissioned by our parks team to work on this project. They use new and recycled wood, working together to connect, converse and create items on a volunteer basis. They are mainly retired men enjoying each other’s company, some with physical and mental health issues, doing vital community work in one of our units in Mewsbrook Park.
