Bersted Brooks - car park closure notice
We will be closing the Bersted Brooks car park on Sunday evening , 18 February, for a few days to enable maintenance work to take place and for the safety of the public.
We have recently been carrying out work here, which has included cutting vegetation, removing self-set willows and reeds at the lake. There will be a number of piles of material arising from this work and they will remain bankside to allow invertebrates to migrate back into the lake; the piles will then be removed.
Once the lake work is completed the southern ditch will be have the vegetation cut for its entire length.
