Beach safety
The RNLI lifeguards have done a great job this summer and have now finished for the season.
With the warm weather back with us, please make sure that when visiting our beaches you obey the warning signs and red flags raised in certain areas. If you are on the beach and witness anybody in distress in the sea, call the Coastguard on 999.
Our beach patrol team is on duty until the end of September so the first aid offices and trained officers are available to help the public.
