Climping

The Arun Local Plan 2011-2031 identifies the Climping strategic allocation, under policy H SP2c (SD10), as providing at least 300 dwellings over the plan period.

The site will include improvements to the A259 with a controlled crossing, a new community hub with a footpath to the primary school, shops, community facilities, a library, play areas and public open space. It must also provide financial contributions towards local infrastructure such as schools and doctors' surgeries.
